Our goal is to provide movement teaching and practice space at affordable rates. We offer classes and workshops in a variety of dance, movement and musical forms, emphasizing fitness, stress reduction, creativity and fun.

The center is spacious, sunny and inviting, featuring a 1200 square foot, high-ceilinged, wood-floored studio, a cozy waiting area, bathroom and storage area. Rates are reasonable, and some prime rental hours are still available.
