Since 2001, we've been offering classes and workshops in a variety of dance, movement and musical forms, emphasizing fitness, stress reduction, creativity and fun. Our widely popular "Let the Wild Rumpus Begin!" circus arts camps for kids fill the studio with laughter and learning each summer. Improvisational dance workshops and festivals draw teachers, movers and performers from all corners of the U.S. and Europe. Yoga trainings, house concerts, and full-scale aerial dance performances have all enriched this lovely space.

Looking to teach, meet, rehearse or celebrate? The center features a 1200 square foot, high-ceilinged, wood-floored studio, a cozy waiting area, bathroom and storage area. Contact us for rental rates and availability!

We've just returned from an early-spring performing tour to Washington D.C. and a fantastic research-and-relaxation trip to Trinidad and Tobago. The photo above features the Moko-Jumbies (stilt-dancers) of the Keyleymanjahro School of Arts and Culture in Cocorite, Trinidad; the subject of our research. What an awesome experience, to witness how confident and fluid these youngsters are on their very (very) long legs. I look forward to sharing stories and photos and perhaps a couple of stilt-soca moves with our own Wild Rumpus Moko-Jumbies this spring and summer.

Miraculously, the registrations for camps and classes have continued to arrive here at the Wild Rumpus Ranch despite our prolonged absence. Our spring break camp in Madison at the Goodman Center is FULL! Still room in all other camps, but they're filling!
